What Tailwind Roofing does
Asphalt roof replacement
Full tear-off and replacement with GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and other architectural and Class 4 impact-rated shingles. Most roofs take a day or two, with cleanup done the same day.
DaVinci, Brava, and metal roofing
Synthetic slate and shake from DaVinci and Brava, plus Unified Steel, standing seam, and Pro-Rib metal. These are the roofs people choose when they want a specific look or plan to stay in the house a long time.
Roof repair
Leaks, missing shingles, flashing, and storm damage that doesn’t need a full roof. We find where the water is getting in and fix that.
Storm damage and insurance claims
After hail or wind, we inspect the roof, photograph the damage, and document it for your adjuster. If the damage isn’t worth a claim, we tell you that too.
James Hardie siding
James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim, installed to Hardie’s requirements so the manufacturer warranty holds. We also install LP SmartSide and vinyl.
Gutters and ventilation
Seamless gutters and attic ventilation, usually done alongside a roof. Ventilation is often the reason a roof ages early, so we check it on every inspection.

Inspection and estimate
We come out, get on the roof, and take photos and measurements. You get a detailed estimate with the materials and scope listed, and the inspection and estimate are free.
Scheduling and install
Once you sign, we order materials and set a date, and we schedule around weather. Most asphalt roofs take a day or two, barring weather or deck repairs, and cleanup happens the same day.
Payment and warranty
