The role
You sell residential roof replacements and exterior projects to homeowners across the Omaha metro. Most of the work is everyday retail. Aging roofs, ventilation issues, code upgrades, and homeowners ready to invest in their house. Storm and insurance work picks up after a hail event and adds to the year, but the base of this business is built on relationships and reputation, not chasing weather.
You run the inspection, walk the homeowner through what you found, present the scope and pricing, and close the sale. From there, you're the point of contact through the project. You're not on the job site every day during production, but you're there when the crew arrives the first morning, you check in while the work is running, and you're the one the homeowner calls if they have a question.
The reps who close here listen first, document the work clearly, present a fair scope, and let the homeowner make the call. No scripts. No urgency tactics. No pushing roofs that don't need to be replaced.
Who you are
Experience selling to homeowners. Retail, in-home, or outside sales. Roofing, exteriors, solar, HVAC, restoration, pest, furniture, automotive, anywhere you've sat across from a customer and earned the sale. Trades experience is a plus but not required.
Comfortable getting on a roof. You'll climb to inspect and photograph damage on most appointments. If heights aren't your thing, this isn't the right role.
Self-managed. You run your own calendar, your follow-up, and your pipeline. We hire experienced adults and treat you like one.
Clean driving record. A company truck comes online once you cross $500k in personal revenue, and we need you insurable to get there.
